How to Play Bookworm

Link Letters

Click on letter tiles to form words. Each tile must be adjacent (horizontally, vertically, or diagonally) to the previous one.

Create words of at least 3 letters. Longer words earn bonus multipliers - aim for 5+ letters!

Bookworm is a word puzzle game where you link adjacent letter tiles to form words. The goal is to create as many words as possible by connecting letters horizontally, vertically, or diagonally.
Click on letter tiles to form words. Each tile you select must be adjacent to the previous one. Words must be at least 3 letters long. Click Submit when you've formed a valid word.
Each letter has a point value based on rarity (common letters = 1pt, rare letters like Q/Z = 10pts). Longer words get multipliers: 5+ letters = 2x, 7+ letters = 4x bonus!
Adjacent means directly touching - horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. Each new tile you select must touch the previous tile you selected.
No, each tile can only be used once per word. However, once you submit a word, new tiles fall down to replace the used ones.
When you successfully submit a word, those tiles disappear and new random letters fall from the top to replace them, creating new word possibilities.
Words might be rejected if they're too short (under 3 letters), already found in this game, or not in our word dictionary. Common English words should work!
Use rare letters like J, Q, X, Z for more points. Form longer words for multiplier bonuses. 6+ letter words earn 'EXCELLENT' bonus points!
