We built YaliKit with privacy in mind. Most tools run entirely in your browser. For tools that need server processing, files are deleted immediately.
The Short Version
We don't store your files. We don't sell your data. We don't create profiles. Your files are either processed locally in your browser or securely on our servers with immediate deletion.
How Your Files Are Processed
We use two approaches depending on the tool
Most Tools
Client-Side Processing
PDF tools, text converters, calculators and most utilities process files entirely in your browser.
Image Tools
Secure Server Processing
Bulk Image Compress uses our secure API for faster, higher-quality compression.
Important: Server-Side Processing
For tools that use our servers (like Bulk Image Compress), files are uploaded via encrypted HTTPS, processed immediately, and deleted right after. We do not store, view, log, or share your files. Processing typically takes less than a few seconds per file.
1Information Automatically Collected
When you visit our website, our hosting provider (Vercel) may automatically collect certain technical information for security and operational purposes:
- IP address (anonymized where possible)
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Access times and dates
- Pages viewed
- Referring URL
This information is used solely for security monitoring and general analytics. It is not linked to any personal identity.
2File Processing & Storage
Client-Side Tools (Most Tools)
PDF tools, text converters, and most utilities process files entirely in your browser. Your files never leave your device. We have no access to them whatsoever.
Server-Side Tools (Image Compression)
For Bulk Image Compress and similar heavy-processing tools, files are uploaded via encrypted HTTPS, processed on our secure servers, and immediately deleted after processing. We do not store, view, log, or share your files.

- • No backup copies are made
- • No file contents are logged or recorded
- • Processing is automated with no human access
