How Days Are Counted
"Days between" counts from the day after the start date through the end date. So Jan 1 → Jan 1 = 0 days, and Jan 1 → Jan 2 = 1 day. Weekdays + Weekends always equals Total Days.

Business Days ≠ Calendar Days
