About Kakuro
Kakuro (also known as Cross Sums) is a logic puzzle that originated in Japan. It combines the logic of Sudoku with the structure of a crossword puzzle, creating a unique and challenging brain exercise.
The objective is simple: fill in the white cells with digits 1-9 so that each consecutive run of cells (horizontal or vertical) adds up to the clue number shown. The catch? You cannot repeat any digit within a single run.

How to Play Kakuro
Understand the Clues
Each clue cell shows the sum that the adjacent cells must total. Green numbers (bottom-left) are for horizontal runs; blue numbers (top-right) are for vertical runs.
Fill in Numbers
Click a cell and enter a digit 1-9. The numbers in each run must add up to the clue and cannot repeat within that run.
Use Logic
Use process of elimination and intersection logic to determine which numbers go where. Complete the entire grid to win!
