How It Works
Upload Your PDF
Drag and drop your PDF file or click to browse. The tool loads your document and generates thumbnail previews of every page for easy visual selection.
Select Pages to Extract
Click on page thumbnails to select them - selected pages show green highlighting and a checkmark. Numbers on each selected page indicate the extraction order. Use quick actions to select all, clear, or invert.
Reorder Pages (Optional)
If you have multiple pages selected, click 'Reorder' to change the page sequence. Drag pages to rearrange them or use the arrow buttons. The final PDF will follow this exact order.
Extract & Download
Click Extract Pages to create your new PDF. Only the selected pages in your chosen order are included. Download immediately - original quality is perfectly preserved.
Tips for Page Extraction
Use Invert for Excluding Few Pages
When you want most pages except a few, select the pages to EXCLUDE, then click Invert. This flips your selection to include everything except those pages.
Reorder After Selecting
The Reorder button appears after selecting 2+ pages. Use it to change the sequence in which pages appear in the extracted PDF. Great for reorganizing content.
Watch the Order Numbers
The small numbers on selected pages show extraction order. If you need a specific sequence, watch these numbers as you click, or use reorder mode to adjust after selecting.
Range Syntax
In range mode, use commas for individual pages (1,3,5) and hyphens for ranges (1-5). Combine them: 1-3,10,15-20 selects pages 1-3, page 10, and pages 15-20.
